Welcome to Embody Wellness Studio and Clinic! We are a wellness-focused studio located in Steinbach, Manitoba Canada. Our mission is to improve lives in the community through health and wellness. We do this by offering great quality services such as a full range of certified massage therapists with various degrees of training, providing great quality esthetics and locally supplied, natural retail items to complement the services. Our environment is relaxing, safe, private and inclusive.
Embody began with a solo massage therapy practitioner Lindsay Penner, in Mitchell in 2009. It became Muscle Matters with a partnership in 2012 on Brandt Street Steinbach, then evolved to Muscle Matters and Body Care in 2019 on Main Street in Steinbach. Most recently with rebranding to Embody Wellness Studio and Clinic, it showcases the variety of wellness services we provide to the community.
