Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead of time, otherwise you will be charged 10% of the service price for late cancelation, 30% for not showing the first time or canceling right before and 100% for the second time. Full fee will need to be paid prior to rebooking. Of course sometimes things happen out of your control, so there a some exceptions.

Call or text us if you suspect you’re going to be late. Your service starts at its scheduled time. If you arrive late, causing your treatment to start later than scheduled, it will still end at its original time and the full service will be charged. Your therapist may go over the original end time but they DO NOT have to. Most staff have 30 minutes between clients, some 15 minutes. You being late could push back other clients, so please arrive on time.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you. You will be asked to reschedule or receive a shorter service and the no-show policy will apply.

There is a number of ways you can cancel or reschedule.
1. Call or text us. We have reception in during the week so we will not receive weekend messages until Monday.
2. Send us a message on Instagram or Facebook messenger. You can find links to our social media in the footer of our website.
3. Cancel online by using the link in the text or emails you receive. All clients are able to do this. Lindsay & Denise’s clients cannot reschedule but they can cancel. DO NOT REPLY TO THESE MESSAGES. THEY ARE AUTOMATED SO WE WILL NOT SEE THEM.
If you no-show for an appointment because you texted an automated reminder, the cancelation policy will apply. -
New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early. Same for existing clients who booked a new service. For example: a massage client books a facial. That would be a new service category.
When you arrive you will be asked to fill out a patient history form and/or a benefit consent form for insurance. So please bring your insurance card or numbers with you. Patient histories will need to be done yearly. This also gives you time to discuss treatment with your therapist or esthetician. Treatment starts at your scheduled time and will end at the scheduled time, so please arrive early enough.
